A 244-seat theatre on Bluehouse Lane in Oxted, purpose-built in 1924 partly from the timbers of a local thirteenth-century saw-mill, and marking a century of hosting the Oxted Players and Oxted Musical Theatre Company in 2024. The venue is run by volunteers as a registered charity, staging amateur productions with its own bar between performances.
