Cheese onthe Green

Cheese on the Green opened on Bilton Green near Rugby on 8 April 2011, trading as an independent cheesemonger under the company name Airie Ltd. The counter sells cheeses cut to order from cow, sheep, and goat milk, including unpasteurised varieties, alongside own-made chutneys, pickles, jams, and marmalades plus biscuits and crackers to go with them. The shop also builds tiered wedding cheese cakes, stacking whole cheeses in place of a traditional sponge cake for wedding receptions. Customers can order ahead for curated cheeseboards for dinner parties rather than picking blind at the counter.
