Emersons

Emersons has traded on Scotch Street in Armagh city since 1889, run by the same family across several generations as a grocery store combining a deli counter, in-house butchery, wine shop and photo processing service. Despite its supermarket-scale footprint it remains a single, independently owned site rather than part of a chain, and the deli counter in particular is used by locals for prepared meals and cold cuts rather than only packaged groceries.
