Frank Family Butchers opened on Castlegate near Thirsk market square in around 2022 and is run as a family business. Meat is sourced from Thirsk livestock auction and from the family's own holding, Toft Gate Farm at Greenhow, then prepared into joints, sausages, bacon and pies on site. The shop offers local delivery, free nationwide delivery over 150 pounds, and click-and-collect.
