A bakery opened in 2014 by George Casey, a former BBC radio sound engineer who retrained after his home breadmaker broke down. Bread, croissants and other baked goods are made in an open bakery visible from the shop floor and sold until they run out, usually well before closing time. On Thursday evenings the ovens switch over to sourdough pizza served to order.
