Harry's occupies a former sweet shop on Mill Street, converted into an upstairs dining room over a ground-floor bar. Chef Alistair McGregor runs the kitchen with his wife Liane, sourcing seafood and beef landed and reared along the Antrim coast for a daily-changing menu. Regular dishes include a seafood chowder, pan-fried fillet of hake, beer-battered cod and organic salmon poached to order, alongside steaks, burgers and vegetarian plates. The building's downstairs bar keeps its original snack-and-drinks function, while the room above holds the main dining trade for a village at the foot of Glenariff. The restaurant takes online reservations and issues gift vouchers, and is one of a small handful of independent kitchens working the Glens seafood supply chain rather than a wholesale one.
