Alex and Margaret McKillop, with their daughter, run this guesthouse from a Georgian townhouse built around 1780 as a gentleman's residence in the centre of Cushendall. Original features including high ceilings and fireplaces remain in the bedrooms, each fitted with an en suite bathroom, satellite television and tea and coffee-making equipment, and each retaining its own fireplace from the house's original build. Breakfast is served in a dining room downstairs, with a choice of a full Irish, continental or vegetarian plate cooked to order each morning. A reception room gives guests somewhere to sit with a television and a hot drink outside breakfast hours. The house stands an eleven-minute walk from the shore and close to the foot of Glenariff, putting the Glens of Antrim's forest park within a short drive.
