Hart's Hotel& Kitchen

Hart's Hotel & Kitchen occupies a purpose-built site on Standard Hill, at the top of Park Row, built in 2003 on part of the old ramparts below Nottingham Castle. The 32-bedroom boutique hotel is privately owned and independently run, with rooms furnished with Egyptian cotton linen and duck-down bedding, and a private car park serving guests in a city-centre spot that would otherwise be hard to park near. Its restaurant, Hart's Kitchen, operates from the same building and has held two AA Rosettes for its cooking. The hotel carries a 4-star silver rating from the AA. It is a single-site hotel, with no other properties trading under the Hart's name.
