Kev and Heather Donnachie run this roastery from an industrial unit on Lotland Street, hand-roasting beans daily before dispatching them to more than 100 cafes, restaurants and hotels across the Highlands. The couple also trades as a Highland distributor for La Spaziale and Ibertial espresso equipment, servicing the machines they supply alongside barista training for staff. Their retail shop on Chapel Street sells beans, ground coffee and equipment directly to Inverness customers, open Tuesday to Saturday mornings. Blends are developed to order for wholesale clients, with house labels created for individual cafes and hotels. The roastery ships coffee out fresh rather than holding stock, keeping turnaround short between roasting and delivery.
