Macbeth's is a family-run butcher and game dealer on Tolbooth Street in Forres, trading as a traditional shop counter alongside an online and overnight delivery service. The business owns Edinvale, its own Highland farm, which supplies Pasture for Life certified beef raised only on grass and forage with no concentrate feed. Alongside its own beef, the shop sources lamb, venison and game from Highland farms, estates and crofts, and stocks Scotch Beef certified cuts, haggis and other Scottish specialities. Customers can build freezer-filler packs or send meat as gifts, with courier delivery available across the country. The Forres shop has become known locally for the depth of its game selection in season, drawing custom well beyond the town itself.
