Phoenix Café

Run by Phoenix Findhorn CIC at The Park, Findhorn, near Forres, the Phoenix Café Bar is designed to reflect the values of the Ecovillage community. Soups and sandwiches use local artisan sourdough; there are Buddha bowls, freshly baked treats and speciality teas, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Open daily 10am to 3.30pm on winter hours, with live traditional music on Sundays from 1pm to 4pm except the month's last Sunday.
