Debs, originally from Melbourne, Australia, opened this café on Bird Street after twenty years working in coffee, naming it after her hometown. Espresso is pulled from beans supplied by outside roasters rather than roasted on site, served alongside a cake selection that includes a rotating vegan option and alternative milks such as a turmeric-almond latte. The café hosts art markets for local makers, runs community workshops, and partners with the Lichfield charity Pathways. Seating is split between an indoor room decorated with pop art and an outdoor spot at the front on Bird Street. Dogs are welcome, with water bowls and treats kept behind the counter. Doors open at 7.30am every day of the week, closing at 4pm most days and 5pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
