Surveyed
A 1913 mansion built for the Carnes — Falmouth merchants and brewers — that spent half a century as the Green Lawns Hotel before Nick Rudlin and Sioned Parry-Rudlin took it on in October 2012 and relaunched it under its present name. Thirty-nine rooms, an indoor pool, garden hot tubs and the Linen Rooms spa, with the Rastella restaurant cooking breakfast through dinner daily. The positioning is adult and quiet, and the structure is the point in a town of group-owned hotels: one house, two owners, no chain behind it.
