Mrs Biggles Bakery occupies 136 Long Street in Easingwold, a site that traded for years as Dough & Deli before Virginia Higham took on the business. The shop bakes cakes and savouries on the premises each morning alongside hot and cold sandwiches and barista coffee, with a deli counter selling bread by the loaf. Past reviewers of the previous tenant praised the strength of the sourdough, a reputation the new owners have kept up under the Mrs Biggles name. The shop opens Tuesday to Saturday from eight in the morning until three in the afternoon, closing on Sundays and Mondays. It remains a family-run operation in the centre of the market town, close to the parish church and the weekly market.
