Omagh Craft Collective is a not-for-profit shop on Market Street selling handmade work from around forty local makers, run day to day by a small board of volunteer directors. Stock spans homeware, wall art, jewellery, cards, ceramics, wooden crafts and gifts for babies, much of it made within County Tyrone, and several ranges can be personalised on request. The shop began as an annual pop-up before moving to a permanent unit on Market Street, where it has now traded for several years. Because it exists to give small makers a retail outlet they could not otherwise afford alone, prices and margins are set to support the crafters rather than maximise shop profit. It fills a specific gap in Omagh's high street for gifts made in the area rather than imported stock, and is open six days a week.
