Push Cycles

Push Cycles has run from Newington Green since 2009, selling bikes from Cannondale, Pelago, Genesis and Cinelli alongside a workshop that services and rebuilds bicycles of most types, from Bromptons and cargo bikes to old steel-framed road bikes long out of production. A standard service covers brake and gear adjustment and cable checks, while a full rebuild strips a bike to its frame for bearing replacement and a repaint if needed. The shop stocks parts and accessories from Shimano, Campagnolo, Brooks England, Kryptonite and Knog, and will special-order bikes and components not held in stock. Staff work on repairs in a downstairs workshop visible from the shop floor, and same-day turnaround is offered for simple jobs booked in advance. The shop has kept to a single site on Newington Green since opening, serving Stoke Newington, Highbury and the surrounding streets rather than expanding to other parts of London.
