Rhiwbina Tap& Cellar

The Rhiwbina Tap & Cellar operates as a bottle shop that doubles as a neighbourhood bar, on Heol-y-Deri in the middle of the village. Wine and craft beer are priced as they would be to take home, and drinking in costs a flat corkage fee per bottle rather than a restaurant mark-up, with glasses provided at the counter. There's no in-house kitchen: Snails Deli supplies a pizza menu on Wednesday and Friday evenings, and customers are free to bring their own food the rest of the week. Dogs are welcome throughout. It shares an owner with Radyr Tap a few miles away, but the pair amount to a small local operation rather than a bottle-shop chain, and each keeps its own character suited to its own village high street.
