The George & DragonCountry Pub & Hotel

Dating from the mid-1700s and originally a farmhouse, the George & Dragon at Wolverton Townsend, Tadley has officially been a pub since 1808 and is grade two listed. Its traditional brick barns and skittle alley have been converted into bedrooms, each with its own front door. The kitchen cooks homemade English pub food to order, from beer-battered fish and chips to roasts served every Sunday from noon to 6pm, with gluten-free and vegan dishes available.
