Town House Deliand Bakery

Megan Watson took over the Town House Deli and Bakery on Falkland's High Street in 2025, at 25 years old and as the third generation of her family to have been raised in the village. The shop has traded from the same address since 2020, selling homemade sandwiches, soups and savoury bakes alongside stock that ranges from organic fruit and veg to vegan cheese. Watson's background is in hospitality, and she has said she wants to build on the shop's handcrafted side rather than remake it from scratch. Everything on the counter is either made in house or sourced from Fife and the surrounding area. The deli sits inside the Old Town House building, a short walk from Falkland Palace.
