Trevaskis Farm Shop has traded from the Eustice family's holding at Connor Downs, near Hayle, since Paul and Adele Eustice opened it in 1980 after switching from vegetable growing to pick-your-own soft fruit. A farmhouse kitchen restaurant followed in 1987, son Giles Eustice returned to the business in 2004, and the restaurant was rebuilt and reopened in 2006 before a farm market building was added in 2008. The shop sells fruit and vegetables grown on the farm alongside its own butchery, fishmonger counter, dairy and bakery, plus produce bought in from other Cornish growers. Pick-your-own fields remain open in season. All of the farm's operations, from growing to retail, sit on the single Connor Downs site, with no branches elsewhere in Cornwall.
