Waugh Brow Farm Shop has traded from Smith Lane in Mobberley since 1986, marking forty years as a working farm shop through 2026. The business butchers home-reared meat on site and runs a deli counter alongside it, selling local cheeses, preserves and home-cooked dishes sourced substantially from its own land and neighbouring Cheshire producers. Earlier attractions, including a play barn and snack kiosk, have since closed, and the business now concentrates on butchery and farm shop trade from Wednesday to Sunday. Waugh Brow operates from this single Mobberley site only, with no other branches, giving customers direct access to meat reared on the farm itself rather than bought in through a wholesaler.
