Whites of Omagh began life as a paint and decorating shop on Bridge Street and has traded as a family business for more than sixty years, expanding gradually into cookware, hardware, gifts, homeware and arts and crafts supplies. The shop is Omagh's independent stockist for Toymaster, giving it a toy department alongside the DIY and homeware ranges that trace back to its original trade. Staff run a wedding gift list service, helping couples register and choose items in person rather than through an online-only system. The shop spans several units on Bridge Street in the town centre and continues to be run by the family that diversified it well beyond its decorating-shop origins.
