Charlotte runs Boudica Pottery from a studio on Abbey Park in Louth, teaching hand-building and wheel-throwing after more than 30 years working with clay. Her training spans a BA in Glass and Ceramics, a PGCE in Art and Design and an MSc in Psychology, and she has taught art in schools in the UK and abroad. Classes run Wednesday through Saturday, with sessions shaped for children, teenagers and adults on the autistic spectrum alongside standard wheel and hand-building courses. Visitors with no pottery experience can book a taster session or a Paint a Pot slot to decorate ready-made ceramics rather than throw their own. The studio also takes part in the local Art Trail and hosts small private sessions for occasions such as hen parties. The name refers to the Iron Age queen associated with resilience and creativity.
