Grind and Groove is an independent, family-run record shop in central Keighley, opened in 2017 and run by proprietor Gareth. It occupies a space in the Cavendish Business Centre on Cavendish Street, reached by lift, and stocks vinyl across all genres, from original and first pressings to new releases. The shop pairs browsing with a small coffee offer, serving freshly ground coffee, tea and hot chocolate to drink while customers dig through the racks. It also trades online, shipping records beyond the town. The shop has moved premises within Keighley over the years but continues to operate as a single independent business rather than a branch of a chain. Opening hours run Monday to Saturday.
