NIZI Artisan Bakery is a single-hatch bakery on St Owen's Street in Hereford, opened in March 2019 by David Nizi, a baker originally from Rome. It bakes sourdough loaves, croissants and pastries in small batches from a compact kitchen, selling directly to customers on Friday and Saturday mornings until stock runs out, with orders taken in advance by text message.
