RPM Analogue Audio occupies a shopfront at the junction of Sandon Road and Bearwood Road, run by Richard March, formerly of the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Bentley Rhythm Ace. March opened the shop in October 2021 with his partner Deborah, taking the name from his own initials. The stock runs across vintage turntables, amplifiers, speakers, guitars and synthesizers, each checked, serviced and sold with a warranty rather than as-found. A second-hand vinyl section sits alongside the equipment, and the shop offers repairs for older hi-fi separates as well as sales. Prices span both entry-level pieces and collectible, higher-end equipment, and staff advise customers regardless of experience or budget. The shop opens Tuesday to Saturday, with other times available by appointment for customers travelling from further afield.
