Sally's occupies a small unit off Stoops Hall Weind in Garstang, run by Thea, who named the deli, bakery and coffee shop after her grandmother. The counter carries bread and pastries baked on the premises each morning, alongside a deli case of local cheeses, cured meats and salads. Lunches include quiches served with deli salad and sourdough with homemade soup, and the shop makes celebration cakes to order. Seating is limited, split between a handful of indoor tables and outdoor seating on the pedestrianised weind, and the shop is dog-friendly. Sally's sources bread flour and produce from Lancashire suppliers where it can. It trades six days a week, closed on Sundays, as an independent, single-shop business rather than part of any wider chain, and remains one of Garstang's smaller food retailers alongside the town's indoor market stalls.
