Snowdonia Nurseries

Snowdonia Nurseries has grown its own plants on Llanrwst Road in Glan Conwy since 1983, making it one of the longer-established family garden centres in the Conwy Valley. Alongside trees, shrubs, bedding plants and garden furniture, the site includes The Olive Tree, an on-site café serving breakfast and lunch, and a new Busy Bee Snug play area introduced for families in 2026. The centre runs occasional pop-up markets alongside its plant sales and also trades online. It sits close to Bodnant Garden and within easy reach of Conwy, Llandudno and the Conwy Valley villages, drawing both gardeners buying stock for their own plots and visitors calling in mainly for the café. As a single-site, family-owned business rather than part of a larger garden centre group, it has built its reputation locally on the range and condition of its home-grown stock rather than on nationally supplied plants.
