Sutton GreenGarden Centre

Sutton Green Garden Centre sits on a 15-acre site on the Guildford Road outside Woking, run by the Vermeulen family for more than 40 years. The centre stocks bedding plants, trees and shrubs alongside pots, tools and garden sundries, plus a seasonal range of logs, slate and stone for landscaping projects. Rose's Tea Room operates on site for a coffee or lunch break between browsing the plant houses. Staff draw on decades of hands-on horticultural experience to advise on planting schemes and problem plants, a service regulars return for as much as the stock itself. It opens seven days a week, with shorter Sunday hours, and remains independent of the larger garden centre groups operating elsewhere in Surrey.
