The business is registered with Companies House Northern Ireland and featured in the 2025 series Behind The Counter, a filmed profile of independent UK record shops. It operates as a single physical store with a companion website launched in 2020, rather than as a multi-branch retailer. Opening hours run from midday most weekdays, extending to 8pm on Thursdays and Fridays, with Saturday trade starting at 10am. The shop has become a fixture for Bangor's collectors and casual buyers, distinct from online-only or auction-based vinyl sellers operating in the wider area.
