The Covenanter Hotel stands on the Square in Falkland, opposite Falkland Palace, and combines a restaurant, bar and coffee shop with five ensuite bedrooms plus a separate self-catering apartment. Trade on the site is recorded from as early as 1880. The building has also appeared as a filming location for the television series Outlander, and the coffee shop opens daily.
