Stuart and Frances Collins opened this small tasting-menu restaurant on Whitchurch High Street in 2017 after Stuart's career in fine-dining kitchens elsewhere. The kitchen serves a set multi-course menu built around ingredients from Shropshire, Cheshire and the Welsh borders, changing with the seasons, with wine pairings offered alongside each sitting.
