Tim Gardner and Nick Beedle opened their wine and spirits shop on Tisbury's High Street in 2021, after Nick's fifteen years in the trade, including a spell at Hedonism Wines in Mayfair, and Tim's own background working in London and Paris. The shelves mix full-bodied reds and champagne with less familiar bottles, natural wines and pét-nats among them, chosen on the pair's stated principle that wine should be priced fairly for both drinker and grower rather than aimed at collectors. Staff talk customers through bottles by occasion and budget rather than assuming prior knowledge, and the shop runs tasting events through the year. Tisbury's High Street draws a mix of villagers and visitors heading into the surrounding Nadder valley, and the shop has built a following well beyond the village since opening.
