Grand Pera occupies 8-9 Harold Place in Hastings, open daily from 9.30am to 11.30pm. Chef Kadir and manager Mustafa are cousins, continuing a family kitchen established in 1963 by their grandfather in Gaziantep, described here as the gastronomic capital of Türkiye. The cooking runs from kebabs to mezes, Turkish recipes given a modern turn, with local produce. Reservations, online ordering and gift cards are handled through the site.
