A family butcher on Mansfield Road trading since 1884, known locally as the Snobby Butcher after generations of exacting standards. Current owner Johnny Pusztai cures bacon, hams and sausages on site using meat from local farms, and runs regular butchery and sausage-making classes from the shop's own kitchen.
