John Gordon Duff set up his wine and whisky merchant's in Montpellier Arcade in 2006, and the family runs it still — son William joined the board in 2018, and Michele Bromwich has kept the books since the start. The shelves run whisky, gin, wine, champagne, cognac and cigars; the bar pours from the same stock overlooking Montpellier's gardens; tastings and a function room fill out the diary. Open seven days a week until late — the operator's own phrase, and by every account accurate.
