Sibling Distillery operates from Coxhorne Farm on the London Road at Charlton Kings, on the edge of Cheltenham. It was founded in June 2014 by four siblings, Felix, Clarice, Cicely and Digby Elliott-Berry, whose parents Roland and Stephanie ran Battledown Brewery in Cheltenham; Felix was 22 and Digby just 15 when the distillery began production. The team makes gin from scratch rather than buying in neutral spirit, distilling a core dry gin alongside seasonal spring, summer, autumn and winter editions, a Negroni gin and a French 75 dry gin. Visitors can book a roughly two-hour tour that includes a tasting, a light platter lunch and a gin-themed quiz, with private and bespoke group tours also available by arrangement. The factory shop is open Monday to Friday 10.30am to 5.30pm, with Saturday afternoon tours from 12pm to 5pm; all tours must be booked in advance. The distillery remains independently owned and run by the four siblings who founded it.
