LI~LY byAiden Byrne

Chef Aiden Byrne and his wife Sarah opened LI~LY on King Street in November 2023, taking over a Grade II listed Tudor building in the centre of Knutsford. The name references the Lily Brook, one of Europe's smallest waterways, which runs through the town. Byrne serves seasonal tasting menus of five and nine courses built around local and regional produce, offered across four evening and three lunchtime sittings each week, a limit set deliberately to protect staff wellbeing. The wine list runs from everyday drinking bottles to rarer vintages, with pairings available alongside each tasting menu. The restaurant has since been listed in the Michelin Guide and holds three AA Rosettes for culinary excellence.
