Lift Store

Lift Store was set up in 2017 by David Frostick, who opened the shop on Southwold High Street, just behind the town's Adnams store, after visiting the town and deciding to stay. The single-site shop sells homewares, stationery, textiles and gifts, with Frostick using the name because everything designed, made and sold there is intended to lift a customer's mood. He has built the shop into a showcase for local designers and artists, stocking their work alongside the store's own product lines whenever space allows. Stationery remains a core part of the offer, reflecting Frostick's own interest in notebooks and letter writing. The business operates from its single Southwold premises, with no other shops elsewhere.
