Off the Paige Desserts bakes from a home kitchen on Crossway Hand in Whittlesey, where owner Nia makes traditional American pies and desserts to order, having named the business after her daughter Paige. The menu runs through cream pies including chocolate silk, key lime, banana cream, coconut cream, peanut butter and biscoff caramel, alongside cookies, brownies and whoopie pies, with American sodas to drink alongside them. Nia sources imported American ingredients and USA-made chocolate chips where she can, aiming for recipes that taste as close to the originals she sampled on trips across America as possible. Custom orders need seventy-two hours' notice, while The Pie Shed, an honesty-box extension launched in May 2025, sells ready-made stock unmanned on Saturday and Sunday mornings from ten o'clock.
