PACK is an independent free house on Queen Square in Wolverhampton city centre, unconnected to any brewery or pub company. Its board of cask and keg beer rotates weekly, drawn from independent breweries across the UK and chosen, according to the operators, for flavour and balance rather than name recognition. Alongside the bar, the pub has room for darts, pool and table football, and hosts live music from regional bands. It opens from midday most days, extending to 10am on Wolverhampton Wanderers home match days. The operators describe plans to add a dedicated function room and a larger music space as the pub develops, with cask ale sitting alongside keg beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks on a board built around small producers rather than national brands.
