Plantagenet House occupies what its owners describe as the oldest building in Tenby, with parts of the structure dating to the 10th century. The dining room is dominated by a Medieval Flemish chimney, a feature the restaurant calls unique in this setting, and the building stands next to the National Trust's Tudor Merchant's House on Quay Hill. Quay Hospitality Ltd now runs the restaurant, serving dinner from 5.30pm to 8.30pm alongside a separate bar trading from 11am to 11pm daily. Lunch runs from midday to half past three, and a dedicated Sunday lunch menu is served only until 3pm. Director Callum Earland took charge of the company in 2024, continuing the building's long-standing role as a place to eat and drink on Tenby's harbourfront.
