Ritual Roasters

Ritual Roasters occupies two industrial units on Cheltenham's Lansdown estate, roasting beans on site and pulling shots at an attached brew bar. The team buys direct from smallholder growers, prioritising traceable lots over blended commodity coffee, and the kitchen serves cake and lunch alongside pour-overs and espresso. Roasting happens in view of the brew bar, so customers can watch beans go from green to ready before they're ground. The space doubles as a wholesale supplier, training café clients elsewhere in Gloucestershire to pull consistent shots. Open daily from 8am, with the kitchen closing at 3.30pm, it functions as a working roastery first and a café second.
