Community cafe at Spring Gardens in Narberth, set up by three local businessmen with a stated purpose of raising mental health and wellbeing awareness. Coffee comes from Bay Coffee Roasters at Cardigan. The building also holds the Lanky Spanners bicycle repair workshop, and the cafe runs evening events including a supper club.
