The CraftyPint Bar

Mel took over Witney's Crafty Pint Bar in July 2023, continuing a micropub at 8 Langdale Court that has traded under several names since opening as the town's first micropub. Two cask lines sit alongside six keg taps, all rotating between beers from small independent breweries around the country, with gluten-free, low and no-alcohol options kept in regular supply alongside wine and spirits. The bar has been named Oxford CAMRA's Town and Country Pub of the Year in back-to-back years and appears in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide. There is no kitchen, just a handful of tables, a dog-friendly floor and a monthly quiz raising money for local charities. A bottle shop is planned alongside the existing taps, adding retail sales to the eight lines already pouring at the bar.
