The Relish occupies an 1850s merchant's house overlooking the private Augusta Gardens in Folkestone's West End, a short walk from the Leas and the town centre. The current owners restored the property after taking over in 2013, and the ten individually styled rooms are complemented by a communal breakfast room and garden terrace.
