Tivoli Wines is an independent wine merchant on Andover Road in Cheltenham, run by David and Helen Dodd since they took over the long-established shop in 2016. The range spans red, white, sparkling, fortified, natural and organic wines, tasted in advance by staff, with an upstairs tasting room called the Wine Library.
