A & G Passenger Boats has operated cruises along the Sheffield and Tinsley Canal from Victoria Quays since 1996, running the vessel LB Hardfeet, which carries up to seventy-two passengers and has a full kitchen, a licensed bar and wheelchair access. Cruises range from one to four hours and take in the canal basin, locks and surrounding waterway, and the company also hosts private charters for birthdays, wedding receptions and corporate events. The business runs a single boat from its base at Victoria Quays, off Wharf Street, and has no other vessels or locations. It remains independently owned, distinct from the larger hotel-boat and canal-holiday operators that cover other stretches of the national waterways network.
