Roastery on the Sunset Hill Business Park at Keswick, founded in 2019 by Jiri Buchtela, a Czech-trained roaster and barista who moved to Cumbria. It roasts single origins in small batches, having started out supplying cafes and hotels around Keswick, and buys direct from growers, including farms Buchtela has visited in Vietnam.
