Deli-licious

Deli-licious trades from Station Road in Long Eaton and was started by Caroline Presbury after several years working in someone else's café convinced her she could run one of her own. The counter turns out breakfast cobs, toasted sandwiches, salad boxes, pies, pasties and jacket potatoes through the day, with a handful of tables for eating in rather than taking away. Presbury also caters buffets for parties, weddings and office lunches from the same kitchen, scaling up the everyday sandwich-bar menu for larger orders. The shop keeps to straightforward, unfussy food rather than a set restaurant-style menu, and repeat trade comes largely from workers and residents on the surrounding streets rather than passing visitors to the town.
